Revised edition. Large octavo. 79 pp. Well illustrated throughout with photographs and diagrams. Book Condition: Very Good. Spiral bound in white card wraps with black titles and black-and-white photographic illustrations to upper board. Internally as-new with no annotation or inscriptions; very light toning and a little minor fingermarking to covers. A guide to making one good clock from a usable case and a movement from a different timepiece by respected clock restorer John Wilding, a Fellow of the British Horological Instititute; the illustrations are taken from repairs made in the author's workshop in Sussex. The work appeared originally as magazine articles in "Clocks" under the heading "Old Wine in New Bottles". Scarce.
