Original black quarter cloth with paper title labels to spines; marbled green paper-covered boards. Cover cloth lightly scuffed and title labels toned. Boards a little surface soiled with wear at corners; slight damp staining along upper edge of Vol I upper board, and fore-edge Vol II bruised with associated soiling. Contents clean and bright. Several leaves unopened. Overall a Very Good set and in better than common condition for this edition.
