Folding map to rear plus 4 map plates, all delineated in colour. Publishers’ reeded navy blue cloth with gilt titles to spine and upper board. Corners and lower edge a little bruised; cover cloth bright. Scattered light foxing, mainly to prelims and text-block edge; no annotation or inscriptions. A Very Good copy.
 
Standard history of the sole “Imperial Service” Yeomanry before the outbreak of the Great War, and the first territorial unit to see action in France. Scarce.
