An eclectic anthology of ghost-lore, the paranormal, visions and hauntings by the Scottish writer and anthropologist Andrew Lang (1844-1912) best known for his collections of folk and fairy tales. Over seventy outre occurrences from poltergeists in China to haunted Border Reiver castles, all compiled by Lang and attesting to his firmly held belief in the paranormal. Lang was fascinated by the subject and was President of the Society of Psychical Research in 1911. Scare.
