Publisher's bottle-green cloth with gilt titles and flower motifs to spine, and gilt shepherd and sheep vignette to upper board; top edge gilt. Cloth a little rubbed to extremities; inner front hinge cracked but holding. Endpapers toned and some minor sporadic foxing otherwise contents very clean and crisp; no annotation or inscriptions. A good example of this deservedly popular illustrated edition. £30.00
