A world authority on Blake, Keynes founded the William Blake Trust and was instrumental in establishing Blake as a central figure in the history of English art and literature. The coloured plates, taken from Blake’s ‘The Marriage of Heaven and Hell’, ‘Songs’, ‘The Book of Urizen’ amongst others, are printed in 6- and 8-colour offset on paper specially manufactured to match the tint of the paper used by Blake.
