Smith Subscription Library binding with gilt titles to spine and design in blind to boards. Cover cloth surface scuffed with wear to spine tips and corners; a slightly shaken copy with weak inner hinges and paper split (but holding) at rear hinge. Purple Subscription Library plate to front paste-down, with associated toning to front free endpaper. No library stamps or pockets; a little scattered minor soiling and foxing. A Good copy.
