Quarto. Stitched pamphlet with the titles printed in red and black. Title, [2] pp, 13pp, [1]. Edges untrimmed and unopened. Central crease throughout (no doubt folded and placed in a pocket at some point) and a little soiling and foxing to title; corner torn from final leaf approx 3-inches square with name of “William” inscribed next to it (surname missing) otherwise condition.
Thomas Bell was one of the 4-generation surveying dynasty, working as a valuer for the Dukes of Northumberland as well as the Newcastle and Carlisle Railway Company, and specialising in enclosure awards. Scarce.
