Numerous sepia toned photographic illustrations throughout (nearly every page) many of which are large or full-page, and 4 colour diagrams to Section I. Original brown leather-effect card wraps with gilt titles and industrial motifs in blind to upper covers. English text with tipped-in overlay in cyrillic to each section of text throughout, which may be easily lifted to view the wording beneath. Edges rubbed with minor wear at spine tips; small loss at lower corner of lower cover Section I and small chip lower edge of lower cover Section II. Scuff marks to endpapers; scattered light foxing otherwise contents clean copies. No annotation or inscriptions. A Very Good set. Rare- COPAC locates just a single copy of Section I at Sheffield and no copies at all of Section II. £200.00
