Due to the commitment of running our bookshop, we no longer regularly exhibit at Tynemouth Station book fair, but publish the dates as they are of interest to local customers. The bookfair is held on the west platform at Tynemouth Metro Station, which is outdoors but under cover, with the regular crafts and antiques market on the other platform.

This four day not-for-profit educational seminar programme teaches would-be booksellers the nuts and bolts of running a rare book business. We founded YABS in 2014, and directed and event managed the seminar until 2021. After seven successful years of organising the event, the course is now organised by the ABA.
