A solid copy, internally rather bright, in very good jacket. Blunden’s classic memoir of the First World War, with his war poetry. G. S. Fraser called Undertones ‘the best war poem’, despite the fact that the book is in prose (quoted in Fussell, 254). Copies in the original dust jacket, especially in this condition, are rare. £480.00
