The author’s most substantial and best-received publication on astrology. Pagan assigns Pluto as the ruler of Scorpio, pre-empting the discover of the planet by astronomers by almost twenty years. Isabelle M. Pagan (1867-1960) was a Scottish Theosophist, poet, theatrical director, and playwright. A excellent copy of a scarce and influential work of astrology.
