Reprint. Quarto, pp 63, [1]. Tope edge gilt. Illustrated by Anne Anderson with six full-page colour plates and black and white illustrations throughout. Rose pink cloth with gilt titles above baby in cradle motif to upper board, in original glassine wrapper. Housed in grey paper-covered card box with matching lid depicting baby in cradle motif and titles in blue. Binding in exceptional condition; a few nicks and creases to jacket top edge and faint stain at lower rear corner. Inscription to ffep: “To Shirley Elizabeth From Aunty Ann 1st October 1934” and many of the printed record sheets filled in in ink recording details of her weight, christening and milestones such as her first tooth. Minor soiling to white box base otherwise in very good condition. A Fine copy in Very Good jacket. Beautifully produced record book with pre-printed leaves ready for completion by the proud parents,interspersed with appropriate songs and verses, in this case recording the details of Shirley Elizabeth Lamb, born September 28th 1934 and christened at Walker. £250.00
