De Luxe Edition, Number 123 in a Limited Edition of only 200 copies. Quarto, pp. viii, 12 (Errata, Illustrations and List of Subscribers), 347. 30 illustrations as called for by John Turnbull Dixon, of which 8 to plates including frontispiece of the Doorway of Whittingham Tower. Quarter black calf with grey cloth-covered boards, re-cased using original boards with original spine laid-on; gilt titles to spine and upper board; top edge gilt. Boards lightly surface soiled with bruised corners. A little scattered foxing, mainly to endpapers. Limitation plate to front pastedown; no annotation or inscriptions. A Very Good copy.
 
Scarce, particularly in the De Luxe Edition. Heavyweight so a contribution towards increased postage costs will be requested for overseas delivery.
