First thus. Quarto, pp., 128. Colour frontispiece and illustrated throughout with a further three colour full-page plates and 60 monochrome photographs of the cast along with many film stills. Publisher’s original boards with salmon pink cloth spine and pictorial upper board. Upper board a touch worn at corners, with pictorial onlay slightly wrinkled. A few finger smudges to endpapers. Text-block tight and secure, with no annotations or inscriptions. Very good condition. The 1951 film-tie in edition, heavily illustrated with cast photographs and stills from the film; starring Alastair Sim in one of his most enduring performances.
