With the original publisher’s cream dust-jacket illustrated in scarlet. Scattered foxing to text-block edges else square, neat and free from ownership marks, inscriptions or annotation. Dust-jacket lightly soiled and rubbed to edges with some small nibbles and nicks to edges, free from major loss or large tears. Overall a Very Good copy in a Very Good dust-jacket. Very Good in a Very Good dust-jacket. First edition with the correct issues points for the first printing as listed in Stott, e.g. “in” instead of “it” at p.181, line 4.
