Publisher's dark green cloth with bevelled edges and gilt titles to spine & upper board; River God Tyne motif and ruling gilt-stamped to upper board & blind-stamped to lower. Cloth lightly worn at spine tips and corners but bright. Ownership inscription to front paste-down in ink; scattered light foxing, mainly to text-block edge and plans; 2 plans slightly misfolded with associated nicks & creases to edge.
