Quarter morocco with blue moire silk boards with gilt titles to spines in matching slipcases with colour illustrated panels; co-ordinating coloured upper edges & endpapers. All volumes are exceptionally clean with no annotations or inscriptions. Very light surface scuffs to slipcases. Overall an extremely handsome set; fine books in near fine slipcases. Dante’s Divine Comedy is considered to be one of the greatest works of world literature and these special Folio editions are each brought to life by lavish full colour illustrations by Blake, Dali & Di Paolo respectively.
