Publishers’ original bevelled decorative pebbled paper-covered boards, sympathetically recased in plain grey cloth. Watered silk endpapers. Boards rubbed with wear to corners; very minor scattered light foxing. A very good copy.
 
Mourning customs and traditions from Egyptian times, including the funeral of Queen Elizabeth I, the obsequies of Nelson and Wellington and the procession for Emperor Frederick of Germany. Scarce.
