‘Houston, we’ve had a problem’. Apollo 13 recounts the full story of the April 1970 Apollo 13 lunar landing mission commanded by Lovell. Apollo 13 was intended to be the third manned moon landing when a devastating explosion in an oxygen tank derailed the mission. The now famous scramble to return the crew safely to Earth was the subject of the 1995 film of the same name, starring Tom Hanks.
