Publishers’ light brown finely diced quarter cloth over matching paper-covered boards with titles to spine and upper board, in unclipped peach dust-jacket. Spine very slightly creased. Endpapers partially toned as usual, and endpapers, prelims and text-block edge lightly foxed otherwise a clean copy, with no annotation or inscriptions; several leaves unopened. Jacket lightly spine sunned and surface soiled, with a short 3 cm closed tears at either end of upper jacket flap. Fantastical short stories of the Gods before those on Olympus, by the influential Irish writer (1878-1957). The author’s first published book. An excellent copy in the rare 1919 dust-jacket. £350.00
