Tan half calf with 5 raised bands, gilt titles to black label to spine and gilt decoration to compartments; light tan morocco-covered boards with gilt college crest to upper board; marbled endpapers. Lower board surface soiled; slight wear to corners. Rear hinge cracked but firmly holding; a little scattered light foxing,and minor annotation to blank to verso p.637 otherwise contents clean. A very good copy.
