Duodecimo, pp., [6], 106, plus three plates of graphs and figures. Crimson cloth, titled in gilt to spine, blind fillets to boards. Library shelf-mark sticker to upper board, British Medical Association oval stamps to first 4 prelims, Wellcome Collection deaccession stamps to verso of title-page, and to final page. Spine toned, slight shelf-wear to spine-tips, corners a little bumped and slightly rubbed, residue from sticker to spine, extending to edge of boards. Remnants of sticker to front pastedown, slight toning to margins. Generally a very good copy. Scarce early work on malaria, drawn from studies by the author in British West Africa. £45.00
