Cloth clean and gilt bright. Uncut edges, some leaves unopened. Offsetting to endpapers else contents impeccably clean. Dust-jacket lightly foxed with small nicks to top spine-tip discreetly repaired to rear with archival tape. A near fine copy in a very good jacket.

Printed on Van Gelder handmade paper at the Cambridge University Press and signed to the limitation leaf by the author.
