Rowling to the dedication page in black ink. Signed on Monday 10th July, 2000 at Waterstones Emmerson Chambers store in Newcastle Upon Tyne. A square, solid copy with a tight text-block, which appears unread. Minor staining to the top and fore-edge of text-block. The unclipped dust-jacket is ever so slightly spine faded. A very good book in a near fine dust-jacket. An excellent copy of the fourth Harry Potter novel. This was the first of Rowling’s works to be released at midnight, and a number of book-signing sessions were organised over the following weeks from first publication in July 2000 under the “Harry’s Back” campaign. £1850.00
