A near-fine copy, seemingly unread, in a very good dust-jacket. Corners sharp, cloth and contents clean, bright and fresh. Small, neat ownership inscription in ink to front free end-paper. A few tiny spots of soiling to top of upper dust-jacket panel, spine a touch toned. An excellent copy of one of the few psychological thrillers written by Harris, better known as an author of children’s fiction, for which she won the Carnegie Medal (1968). £45.00
