Single sheet MS folded to 13"x8". A fair copy, signed by the Churchwardens on 26th October 1723, listing seven bequests, the sums left, the conditions and the location of the money: "twenty four shillings a year for keeping at School four poor children belonging to Tinmouth and Preston", for example. The second leaf details five bequests for other locations in Northumberland including Pont Island & Heddon in a different, late seventeenth century hand. The single sheet is folded into two leaves with 3 folding creases across the width, a little corner creasing and a mark near the top edge where a staple has been removed. Light foxing; soiled to verso with hand-written notes "Deanery of Newcastle" and "Mr Robt Cay" to 1723 leaf and "Tinmouth Benefactions" to second leaf.
