Spine sunned with skilfully repaired split and with 2 cm cloth insert at head above original cloth. Endpapers renewed otherwise all original. Sporadic foxing largely to page edges and endpapers. Handwritten name & date to half-title. In very good condition overall. The first and only edition of this valuable reference work which covers all aspects of estate management including soil improvement, crop rotation, farm buildings, the law of entail and many other fascinating subjects too diverse to mention. A very scarce copy - as far as we know it's the only one currently on sale.
