FIRST EDITION. Octavo, pp xii, 425. Dark green cloth with gilt titles, ruling and Society crest to spine. Cover cloth faintly sunned to spine and a little bruised to edges, with minor loss at head of spine and bump to foredge of lower board. Armorial bookplate to front pastedown and masonic bookplate of the William Waples Collection of Durham to ffep. Foxing to endpapers otherwise contents clean - the majority of leaves unopened; no annotation or inscriptions. Overall condition: Good.
 
Yorkshire wills and inventories from Richard Kellaw, Bishop of Durham to John Scott of York. Largely Latin text.
