Cover cloth rubbed to edges with 3-inch split at upper front joint and minor wear to spine tips. Pictorial bookplate of R W Martin of Longbenton to front pastedown; inscribed contents to verso ffep and following blank. Initials incribed to ffep and inscribed numbers to front of each pamphlet; armorial cuttings pasted to blank facing 1. Item 1 soiled particularly to margins, with very minor loss top edge of title page. A little scattered soiling and foxing, ownership inscription to title page of 3, and a little marginal annotation in pencil to 9 and 10.
The volume includes some exceedingly rare tracts: COPAC locates just 2 copies of pamphlets 1 and 6 at UK holdings, just single copies of pamphlets 5, 7 and 9 and no copies at all of 3 and 10.
