Handbook covers lightly surface soiled, and lower corners lightly creased. Outer envelope surface soiled, creased and open at both ends, with 2 cm slit to top edge; “J2. M.16.-A” stamped top edge with “AKK. 4015 Issue 5” to lower edge. Service Book, Invitation and Application form all near fine; Licence Holder envelopes creased with Holders Fine.
