FIRST EDITION. Octavo, pp. 106. Publishers’ red cloth with black titles to spine in unclipped pictorial dust-jacket. Cover cloth partially sunned to spine. Lacks rfep; scattered light foxing, mainly to tex-tblock edge and endpapers. Jacket toned, and split up rear joint, with small loss top edge and significant loss (approx 3 cm) to tail of spine. A Very Good copy overall, in Good jacket.
Based upon the personal experiences of Henry Stuart Tegner (1901-1980), whose later works were published under the name Henry Tegner. The Author’s rare first book, particularly scarce in the fragile 1935 dust-jacket.
