Second Edition. Octavo, pp., x [i] 370, tissue guarded frontispiece and 96 monochromatic plates as called for. Publisher’s dark emerald pictorial cloth with upper cover and spine blocked in blind, black and gold. Minor rubbing to top and bottom edge of spine and minor rubbing to tips of boards. Unobtrusive patch of discolouration on the lower board and minor marking to spine (see photo). Text-block ever so slightly cracked but holding very well. Still a solid, square copy.
