The 2004 paperwork for the spine restoration loosely laid-in. Boards showing wear to corners, and a little scuffed. Ownership label to ffep Vol I and pencilled initials to each verso ffep; a few prelims bound out of order; scattered light foxing & creasing. A very good set. A set with a complex publishing history, which was originally complete in twelve volumes, then added to gradually over time. Includes Gulliver’s Travels, A Tale of a Tub, John Bull and much more including numerous letters.
