First Edition. Octavo, pp. xii, 248, 32 Catalogue. With 33 monochrome plates including tissue-guarded frontispiece portrait of the Author with facsimile signature below. Original finely pebbled black cloth with gilt titles to spine and double fillet in blind to boards. Top edge gilt, other uncut. Cover cloth a little worn at spine tips and corners. Light foxing, a little heavier to early leaves; ownership inscription in ink to ffep. A very good copy.
