Publishers’ very dark green bevelled cloth with titles in gilt to spine and gilt crest to upper board; green marbled endpapers. Minor wear to cover cloth at spine tips and lower edge of upper board. Foxing to prelims and textblock edge; small nick to margin of plate facing p 138 (image unaffected) and page 295/6 partially detached with associated soiling and nicks & creases to edge. Ownership inscription of Captain J E Spedding of the DLI to ffep dated 1915. Overall condition Very Good.
Regimental history from founding in 1756 up to publication, with Rolls of Officers and Commanders, Roll of Honour and more. Scarce.
